What Moneyrolla publishes and what it does not — the licence and the regulator behind it, the game catalogue, the limits that apply before and after verification, and the gaps in the complaints path. Every figure here comes from the operator’s own documents or the regulator’s validator, checked on 2 October 2026.
There is no welcome bonus to claim. The operator’s promotions page was empty when we checked it on 2 October 2026, and its terms and conditions contain no bonus section and no wagering requirement at all. Figures of the kind that circulate for this brand — a hundred per cent match up to 500 EUR, two hundred free spins — appear in no document the operator publishes, which is why this page no longer repeats them.
No loyalty or points programme is published on the operator’s site, and its terms do not mention one.
No processing times are published. What is published is the condition that comes first: a withdrawal is possible only after the account is verified and only after the deposited amount has been used — either staked once in full at odds of 1.3 or higher, or turned over five times in the casino. Until that is done the balance cannot leave.
These are the figures that decide what a session is worth, and the operator publishes them clearly. An account opened by one-click registration is capped at 1,000 EUR in total winnings, in the casino and in the sportsbook alike, and at a 10 EUR deposit. A confirmed account is capped at 5,000 EUR. Both caps are lifted only by full verification. Winnings above 15,000 EUR are paid in instalments over a period of up to three months, and no more than 50,000 EUR is paid out per month.
The same applies on the way out: no method list is published, and withdrawals must return to an account in your own name. An unverified account cannot withdraw at all, whatever method it used to deposit.
Complaints go to the operator’s support first, and claims older than six months may be refused outright. If the matter is not settled it becomes a dispute — and here the path runs out: the operator’s terms state that a casino complaint cannot be filed with the Anjouan Gaming Commission, and no independent arbiter is named in any document, although the licence requires one. The regulator adds that disputes from players in the excluded territories fall outside its scope entirely.
The operator publishes no list of payment methods. Its terms require every deposit and withdrawal to go through a card or account in the account holder’s own name, forbid third-party funding and cash sent directly, and state that an unverified account may deposit no more than 3,000 EUR. The cashier itself is only visible after registration, so the available methods cannot be checked in advance.
No free-spin offer is published. The registration form has a promo-code field, so codes may exist through individual campaigns, but nothing is listed publicly and no terms are available to read in advance.
The licence obliges the operator to use certified random number generators, to provide responsible-gambling tools including deposit limits and self-exclusion, and to give players access to an independent dispute-resolution service. Of those three, only self-exclusion is described on the operator’s own pages: no testing laboratory is named, no deposit-limit tool is documented, and no independent arbiter is named anywhere. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal, and the operator may suspend an account while it checks documents.
The documents available without registration are the terms and conditions, the privacy policy, the AML and KYC policy, the refund policy, the cookie policy, the responsible-gaming page and a gambling-addiction page. That is more than most operators at this licence level publish, and it is worth reading the terms before the marketing.
The operator runs a single responsive web application rather than a native app; there is nothing to install from an app store. The catalogue, the sportsbook and the cashier are the same on a phone as on a desktop.
Moneyrolla is operated by CBC Group Ltd (registration number 15700) of Hamchako, Mutsamudu, on the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, under licence ALSI-202409014-FI1 issued by the Government of Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005. We checked that licence on the regulator’s own validator on 2 October 2026 and it returned status VALID for the domain moneyrolla.com. The same validator lists the territories the licence does not cover: Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA, plus FATF-blacklisted and sanctioned jurisdictions.
The catalogue is the strongest part of this operator and it is larger than its own marketing suggests: 5,420 games outside the live section when we counted on 2 October 2026. Slots dominate, and there are separate sections for crash games, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, video poker, bingo, dice, scratch cards and wheel games, plus a sportsbook and virtual sports on the same account.
Twenty-seven studios supply the catalogue: 3 Oaks, AvatarUX, Aviatrix, BGaming, Big Time Gaming, Evolution Gaming, Evoplay, Fugaso, GameArt, Hacksaw Gaming, Just Slots, KA Gaming, Kalamba, KingMidas, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Onlyplay, PGSoft, Playson, Popiplay, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Red Tiger, SlotMill, Split The Pot, Spribe and VoltEnt. Live tables come from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live only.
No VIP tier structure is published. Note that the published winnings caps work the other way round from a VIP promise: they are raised by verifying your identity, not by playing more.
